Who is Emerald Visions?

Emerald Visions is a leading cannabis cultivator located in Alburgh, VT, with a strong focus on delivering the highest quality products. As a 12th generation Vermont farm family, their story begins in the backwoods of Franklin County, Vermont. Nick’s talents took him to the Emerald Triangle of Northern California. When he returned home, he met Ashley on the mountain. About a decade later, they are now settled in their self-funded facility in Alburgh, with their two dogs. Our cultivation process is meticulously planned and executed to ensure each plant receives optimal care from start to finish. The cutting-edge facilities and eco-conscious growing methods result in cannabis that is potent, pure, and bursting with flavor. Our commitment to excellence extends beyond our grow rooms as we also work closely with local communities to promote responsible usage, educate others and share our vision.

As a small self-funded operation with less than 1000sq feet of flowering canopy, Emerald Visions relies on help from a few dedicated individuals. Shawn and Olivia head up the trimming a packaging team, and when their parents are in town, they lend a hand around the house and helping care for our two labs (Topper and Zillah) so Ashley and Nick can focus on the business.

The day begins for Ashley and Nick at Emerald Visions as the sun rises over the Vermont Mountains and shimmers on the nearby shores of Lake Champlain. With practiced efficiency, the couple checks on seedlings in the nursery and fine-tunes nutrient levels in the hydroponic systems. Their dedication is evident in every precise measurement and gentle touch.

In one of the grow rooms illuminated by LED lights, Ashley stops to admire a thriving Loma Prieta plant. Its glistening trichomes radiate like dewdrops in the morning light, proof of the love and effort poured into its growth. During their early morning tasks Ashley and Nick often reflect on how far they’ve come since scribbling their dreams on napkins during late-night planning sessions just three years ago. Now, they are living that dream every day, nurturing remarkable plants and growing a business they can be proud of.

As the morning progresses, Shawn and Olivia arrive, their familiar voices echoing through the facility. They greet Ashley and Nick with warm smiles, ready to tackle the day’s tasks. Olivia heads straight for the trimming room, her skilled hands itching to shape the latest harvest into perfectly manicured buds. Shawn makes his way to the packaging area, meticulously preparing orders for local dispensaries. Their work is supplemented by part time helpers Jake and Zeke.

The Emerald Visions Team works in harmonious tandem, their shared passion for the plant evident in every careful movement. Ashley pauses her work to check her phone, smiling at a message from her mother. “Looks like my Mom and Dad are coming up this weekend,” she calls out to Nick. “They’re bringing those new chew toys for the dogs.” Nick nods, grateful for the support of their family. He can still recall the days of his humble beginnings in the legacy market, and he is grateful for the chance to now share his and Ashley’s passion for the plant with their community.
